I post images every day on my Facebook photo groups and add the tech info to each image. Some of the images I post are shot with a Tamron 18-400 or 18-300.
I've had a few people ask what the focal length of the zoom lens I shot the image at, saying that will help them somehow.
The problem is that they are seeing the cropped image so not seeing the original out of the camera, so the focal length doesn't help them based on the cropped image they are viewing.
